Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring operational compliance, identifying risks, and ensuring flight load balancing in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Ensure flight load balancing complies with laws and regulations Description: Essential qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree (enrolled or completed) preferred; * Flight Operations Dispatcher (FOD) course (enrolled or completed); * Knowledge of weight and balance of jet aircraft — preferred; * Basic English; * Basic Spanish; * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Challenges awaiting you at your next destination: * Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with the conditions and restrictions stipulated in certificates issued by aviation authorities and in compliance with GOL regulations and standards; * Identify and report hazards in operations; * Contribute to achieving Safety Objectives and assigned Performance Indicators (SPIs/SPTs) for your department; * Ensure flight load balancing operations comply with company standards, national and international laws, and requirements specified in the Operating Specifications (E.O.); * Request flight planning information from the FOD, including estimated payload and any other relevant data; * Understand and respect the maximum payable load and fuel quantity determined by the FOD; * Prepare aircraft loading instructions based on available information (e.g., LDM message, local boarding, aircraft limitations, etc.), respecting weight and center-of-gravity limits imposed by the aircraft manufacturer and/or Operations Engineering; * Instruct Orange CAP and/or third-party service providers regarding the loading plan; * Complete the balance chart and MPMT when flights are conducted manually; * Prepare LIR, Loadsheet, and LDM when flights are conducted electronically; * Transmit operational messages (e.g., LIR, LDM, Loadsheet, etc.). 251126020240648508
