Job Summary: Professional responsible for product development, testing, documentation, and technical support, ensuring compliance and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Trend identification and product innovation Participate in new product development, conducting tests, validations, and prototype monitoring; Analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and applicable product standards; Prepare technical documentation, including technical data sheets, test reports, and manufacturing procedures; Assist in selecting materials and production processes to ensure quality and economic feasibility; Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality departments to ensure product compliance; Monitor and validate samples and pilot batches, proposing adjustments when necessary; Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and innovation opportunities; Prepare technical documents and oversee certification-related processes for products. Provide technical support to customers, clarifying questions regarding products and services. Conduct technical visits for needs assessment and solution implementation. Assist in product specification and application, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations. Deliver training to customers and the sales team on functionalities, applications, and best practices. Monitor product testing and prepare technical reports on performance and improvements. Support the sales team in technical product presentations and deal closure. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in products and processes. Barcode control for products. Stay updated on market trends and technological innovations within the industry. Comply with quality and occupational safety guidelines and regulations. Perform other duties related to the position as directed by immediate supervision.
