**Job Description:** We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be: * Providing technical consulting to customers; * Installing and uninstalling equipment; * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment; * Ensuring proper replenishment in accordance with the visit policy; * Keeping environments clean during maintenance/installation activities; * Conducting business expansion by offering and selling additional products to customers; * Presenting and delivering technical overviews of products and services, emphasizing each specification and benefit, thereby supporting brand retention; * Conducting training sessions for customers, highlighting the benefits of proper usage—with a constant focus on resource optimization (water, labor, products, and time)—and ensuring delivery of certificates; * Managing information in the CRM system, recording all visits conducted; * Working in compliance with technical standards and procedures related to quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation; * Keeping customer records up to date; * Ensuring communication with other departments involved in the process; * Adhering to company commercial policies, delivery guidelines, and internal rules and procedures; * Possessing knowledge of Hygibras products and services; * Prospecting and contacting potential customers. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **BRL 3,000.00** * Meal allowance: **BRL 30.00 per day** * Company-provided mobile phone and vehicle **Employment Type:** * CLT (Permanent) **Working Hours:** * As stipulated in Article 62 of the CLT **Additional Information:** * Willingness to travel; * Experience handling tools is an advantage; * Prior experience in sales or related fields; * Focus on deadlines, organization, and attention to detail.
