Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Services Consultant to work at our Jundiaí branch, serving as the liaison between customers and the technical team, performing diagnostics, preparing quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the liaison between customers and the after-sales technical team 2. Conducting diagnostics and presenting service quotations 3. Providing consultative support and selling services We are looking for a Technical Services Consultant to join our team at the Jundiaí branch! Key responsibilities include: Acting as the liaison between after-sales customers and the technical team (mechanics); Performing initial diagnostics based on customer-provided information about the machine; Preparing and presenting service quotations; Scheduling and organizing mechanical technicians’ agendas; Monitoring service execution and ensuring customer satisfaction; Selling services and providing consultative support; Supporting technical team logistics (e.g., hotel reservations, PPE organization, etc.); Essential Requirements: **Basic knowledge of machinery (yellow-line machinery experience is a plus);** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized, dynamic profile with a sense of priority; * Leadership and influence capabilities; * Customer service and negotiation aptitude; * SAP system knowledge; * Excel [Intermediate]; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics; * Willingness to work onsite in Jundiaí/SP; Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.700,00 per month; Benefits: * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Company-provided mobile phone; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; Work Location: Onsite
