The professional will assist in installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in guaranteeing satisfactory installations and continuous operation of services contracted by customers. The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of fiber optic system installation and maintenance, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow within the field. * REQUIREMENTS **Reside in Lorena/SP (MANDATORY);** **Possess CNH Category B driver's license (MANDATORY);** Completed high school education; Computer literacy; * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in installing fiber optic networks in residences, businesses, and other locations; Assist in conducting tests and certifications to ensure proper network functionality; Assist in identifying and repairing faults in fiber optic systems; Assist in configuring related equipment, such as routers and ONTs; Assist in guiding customers on proper usage of installed services; Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs; Assist in deactivating services resulting from cancellations; * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in fiber optic installation; Willingness to work on-site; Knowledge of FTTH GPON network and equipment installation/repair; * BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Responsible, punctual, and committed to teamwork. * BENEFITS Competitive market salary; Professional development courses (to help you excel!); Dental plan; Group life insurance; Pharmacy discount program; Wellhub (Gympass); Utilities provider agreements (water/gas); Exempt internet access point (400MB); Legal Technical Program; Flexible multi-benefit card: R$500.00\.
