




Act as the technical and behavioral reference for the operational team, ensuring the correct execution of inspection, rework, and/or containment activities, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, deadlines, safety, and productivity defined by the client. * Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions (WI), customer standards, and internal regulations. * Assign tasks, organize shifts, and monitor team attendance, punctuality, and discipline; * Conduct on-the-job practical training and support the team’s technical development; * Monitor quality, productivity, and rework indicators, reporting deviations to supervision; * Ensure accurate completion of reports, checklists, traceability records, and time tracking; * Act as the interface between the client, operational team, and management; * Support internal/external audits and client visits; * Ensure workplace safety, proper use of PPE, and workstation organization; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
