Ensure the execution of electronic security system (CCTV and Access Control) implementation projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, technical quality, team organization, and alignment with operational planning. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Proven experience in CCTV and/or Access Control system implementation; * Prior experience leading a technical team; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN, communication); * Availability for travel/relocation; ***Desirable Qualifications:*** Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Production, or related fields); Experience managing multiple concurrent projects; Technical certifications (Hikvision, Intelbras, Milestone, Genetec, etc.); Experience integrating CCTV and Access Control systems; Experience with corporate systems or large-scale projects; Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
