Sales performance indicator management and monitoring Job Mission Ensure regional commercial execution and achievement of sales targets by leading and developing the RCA team. Serve as the primary field support for RCAs, responsible for transforming strategy into results, ensuring commercial discipline, customer coverage, and sustainable growth. Main Responsibilities Lead and monitor the RCA team, ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor individual and collective performance, providing technical support, guidance, and continuous feedback. Actively participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training process of new RCAs. **Ensure field execution:** customer acquisition, coverage, visit frequency, product mix, and average transaction value. Monitor sales reports and indicators (BI, CRM, spreadsheets), promptly correcting deviations. Implement commercial actions and campaigns defined by the Sales Manager and Business Unit. **Support customer management:** prospecting, reactivation, and maintenance of the active customer base. **Maintain operational discipline:** routes, visits, tool usage, and compliance with commercial policies. Serve as the communication link between RCAs and leadership, ensuring alignment, motivation, and team engagement.
