RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Overall responsibility for the operation of all restaurant departments: cashier, grill station, service, kitchen, inventory, and service providers; * Coordinate and train the team; * Manage procurement, inventory, quality, and cost of supplies and merchandise; * Resolve problems and conflicts with employees and external customers; * Monitor work schedules; * Set sales targets; * Monitor and ensure implemented processes are properly executed; * Conduct training across all dining area divisions, understanding each employee’s potential and the level of customer service required; * Track performance indicators and attend meetings as needed. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred (in progress or completed); Minimum 6 months’ experience in the food service industry preferred; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Preferred: Experience supervising people and processes; Ability to give and receive feedback; Analytical thinking and adaptability.
