Manage and record document inflows and outflows, as well as manage contacts and telephone inquiries. Assist suppliers and colleagues from different departments, providing and receiving information promptly and accurately. Prepare, organize, and handle various documents, adhering to all applicable internal procedures. Prepare reports and spreadsheets according to departmental guidelines, ensuring data quality and reliability.
