At Aviva, we serve with passion for people; therefore, we are constantly seeking talents who continuously develop themselves, maintain an open mind, overcome obstacles, and contribute new ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install and operate sound and lighting equipment. * Assist in preventive maintenance of components integrated into the lighting and sound systems. * Assist in managing and updating the equipment inventory required for scenic lighting and sound reinforcement for performances, including tools inherent to these activities. * Receive, inspect, and safeguard tools, materials, equipment, and other items under your custody necessary to perform your tasks. * Assist in maintaining the electrical system of the circuit integrated into the lighting grid. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment performed by third parties. * Assist in assembling and disassembling technical riders for lighting and sound related to theatrical performances. * Assist in monitoring technical rehearsals and artistic performances of touring and/or seasonal shows, as well as conduct sound checks for contracted bands, ensuring optimal audio delivery and quality. * Ensure proper use and assume responsibility for operating equipment used by itinerant professionals accompanying performances held at the Park and Resorts. * Guarantee sound quality across the entire complex, ensuring compliance with established acoustic standards and decibel levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma completed Technical knowledge in electricity Workshops/Technical Training in Scenic Lighting; Workshops/Technical Training in Soundtracks for Performances; Experience as an Audio and/or Lighting Operator for theater, dance, or similar performances. **Additional Information** **Some of Our Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Semi-annual and annual PPR (Profit Participation Plan) * Wellhub * Immunization campaigns * Conexa Viva Psychology * On-site cafeteria * Childcare allowance / Daycare reimbursement * Access to Hot Park * PCD (Persons with Disabilities) assistance * Marriage bonus * Tenure award * Partnerships (Fit Energia / Universities / Diniz Optics) **We are AVIVA, a company built by people and for people** Since becoming **AVIVA** in 2018, we understand that entertainment brings people fun, joy, personal satisfaction, and good spirits.
