Compliance with ANAC, IATA, and ICAO regulations **Description:** Plan and control short-term scheduled maintenance operations for the fleet aircraft, ensuring airworthiness, resource optimization, operational efficiency, adherence to flight, maintenance, and logistics schedules, in compliance with operational safety standards and ANAC regulations. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and update short-term maintenance plans (daily, weekly, and monthly) Coordinate with MCC to ensure aircraft availability at locations where maintenance will be performed Analyze technical publications to determine tools and materials required for maintenance tasks Ensure that necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks are available at the locations where tasks will be performed Ensure that short-term scheduled maintenance tasks are performed only at locations certified for such tasks Monitor operational performance indicators affected by maintenance and propose plan adjustments as needed Analyze data from completed maintenance tasks and prepare performance reports for management Manage contingencies by proposing alternative plans for unforeseen situations Ensure compliance with ANAC, IATA, ICAO regulations and internal safety procedures Requirements and Qualifications **For this challenge, you must have:** Completed undergraduate degree; Intermediate English proficiency; Solid experience in aircraft maintenance planning **Knowledge of:** Civil aviation regulations (RBAC, ANAC, ICAO). Aircraft maintenance planning and control systems. Airworthiness and preventive/corrective maintenance. Specialized software (AMOS, Maintenix, Oases or similar).
