Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery **SERVICE CONSULTANT – HONDA \| SOROCABA/SP** A Honda dealership is accelerating its growth and seeks a **Service Consultant** to serve as the liaison between the customer and the workshop — delivering outstanding service and after-sales support that truly makes a difference. **Location:** Sorocaba/SP **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday – 8 hours/day **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers at the service reception, identify their needs, and advise on maintenance; * Create and track work orders with the workshop; * Prepare estimates and present technical recommendations; * Ensure quality and adherence to deadlines; * Deliver the vehicle to the customer and ensure their satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a service consultant or in related roles; * Knowledge of motorcycle mechanics (Honda experience is a plus); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation; * Attention to detail and proactive mindset. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Fixed salary of 2000 * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Health and dental plan (co-payment) * Pharmacy discount * Meal voucher Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Transportation Allowance
