Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for studying, manufacturing, repairing, and installing metal structures, performing technical inspections, welding, and part protection. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and execution of manufacturing and repair of metal parts 2. Conducts technical inspections for installation and maintenance of metal structures 3. Inspection of work and protection of parts against corrosion Responsibilities: * Daily analysis of the part to be manufactured or repaired (e.g., windows, grilles, gates, mesh, supports, bed casters, handrails, etc.), reviewing drawings\-models, specifications, or other instructions to establish the work procedure; * Conducts technical inspections for installation and maintenance of metal structures, performing calculations and verifying work using appropriate equipment to ensure compliance with required standards; * Selects materials, tools, templates, marking and measuring instruments, and control devices according to the established procedure to ensure efficient work performance; * Transfers the drawing onto the part to be constructed or repaired using a workbench, paint, and other suitable materials to create a prototype. Performs welding or fabrication of small iron components; * Inspects work by interpreting drawings, verifying dimensions, and using appropriate equipment to comply with required standards; * Protects parts using anti\-oxidant paint or arranging for electrochemical anodization to prevent corrosion; Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed elementary education; * TIG/MIG welding training; Benefits: We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance employee well\-being and satisfaction.
