If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategic Procurement: Lead the entire procurement cycle for technology services—such as software, infrastructure, and data—with a focus on optimal cost-benefit ratio, quality, and timeliness; * Proposal Analysis: Critically evaluate supplier proposals, conduct detailed cost analyses, compare offers, and negotiate complex agreements; * Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, while managing and ensuring compliance with contracts and internal policies; * Internal Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand needs, align technical scopes, and ensure products and services meet specifications; * Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate financial, commercial, and legal risks associated with contracts and purchase orders; * Tracking and Control: Monitor order and delivery statuses, ensure punctuality, and manage performance indicators; * Planning: Forecast future demand and manage inventory levels to guarantee availability of goods and services when needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities; * Knowledge of methodologies such as Strategic Sourcing and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership); * Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Totvs; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Ability to make agile and proactive decisions; * Clear and effective communication skills. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To care for our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal allowance (VR) and/or food allowance (VA) on a single card!
