Expected outcome: Construction starts according to the pre-established schedule. Arrange tool transfers between sites, ensuring proper scheduling of tool usage and meeting the needs of each work front. Expected outcome: Reduction of site interruptions due to tool shortages. Schedule and manage maintenance of installation tools (hoists, chain blocks, etc.), ensuring they remain in perfect working condition. Expected outcome: Tool quality and safety on construction sites. Monitor partial elevator shipments by tracking delivered and missing parts, ensuring full receipt of required components. Expected outcome: Reduction of site stoppages due to material shortages. Return incorrect or non-conforming materials, ensuring quality and safety of installed items, while monitoring replacement with appropriate components.
