Manage complex infrastructures, lead teams, administer large budgets and outsourced contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance) with high autonomy. **Strategic Supplier and Contract Management (Outsourced)** * Manage large-scale contracts (cleaning, reception, security, building maintenance, landscaping, air conditioning, generators, elevators); * Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service quality; * Negotiate terms, evaluate performance, and conduct technical procurement of materials. **Budgetary and Financial Management** * Control operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex), tracking against budget forecasts; * Validate invoices, perform monthly measurements, and manage accruals; * Propose improvements to optimize costs and operational efficiency. **Building Maintenance and Infrastructure** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of office equipment; * Visit construction sites and company units to monitor expansion or space adaptation projects (layout, renovations); * Manage utilities such as air conditioning, lighting, and power systems. **Safety, Compliance, and Regulations** * Ensure compliance with sanitary, technical, and safety regulations (AVCB, Fire Brigade, Surveillance); * Manage asset security and access control systems. **Enhancing Experience and Daily Operations** * Identify and propose improvements to optimize spaces and increase employee productivity/comfort; * Serve as the point of contact for complex internal infrastructure requests; * Develop dashboards and management reports for area data analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience in facilities or infrastructure management within large companies; * Experience managing outsourced contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities); * Experience in budgetary control (Opex/Capex) and monitoring KPIs/SLAs; * Planning and supervision of building maintenance, as well as expansion and renovation projects. **Desirable Knowledge** * SAP; * Advanced Excel; * Power BI or similar tools; * Familiarity with safety and compliance standards: AVCB, Fire Brigade, and Asset Surveillance. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
