Job Summary: The professional will monitor and manage processes related to prospecting, sales, delivery, and after-sales support, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality, while acting as the project focal point. Key Highlights: 1. Full project management, from prospecting to delivery. 2. Single point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance. 3. Financial monitoring and optimization of project performance. Monitor and manage processes from prospecting and sales through equipment delivery and support for existing installations within New Installations (NI) and Modernization (MOD) business units. Ensure adherence to established deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Act as the project focal point, maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and contractual compliance. Additionally, monitor and control the financial performance of projects. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related Project Management fields. Proven experience in Project Management. Technical knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar). Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar). Knowledge of applicable technical standards and regulations for construction and equipment. Budgetary control skills (pre- and post-calculation) and economic feasibility analysis of projects. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong strategic orientation toward results. Expertise in process organization and planning, assertive communication with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Advanced negotiation, timeline management, and decision-making skills, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Serving as a technical and strategic reference, promoting continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP. Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
