Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for observing and controlling the security conditions of the condominium, preventing incidents and ensuring integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Condominium security monitoring and control 2. Theft and irregularity prevention 3. Environment monitoring and access control * Daily observation of security conditions within the condominium premises via video monitors to prevent or detect thefts, hazardous situations, and other incidents, enabling appropriate actions; * Controls vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the company's gate, receiving, screening the purpose, and directing them to the respective recipients; * Conducts patrols in the company's external areas to protect its assets, paying attention to unfamiliar persons, damage to installations, unsafe conditions, open doors, and other factors that may threaten the physical integrity of the condominium and its employees; * Turns lighting equipment or systems on and off at the start of the shift or in case of any oversight, and monitors facility opening and closing by responsible personnel, ensuring safety conditions; * Monitors personnel movement into the finished goods warehouse as well as loading and unloading of goods performed by third parties or internal staff, aiming to prevent thefts or other irregularities; * Records all shift-related information in the department's logbook and the Periodical; Performs other tasks related to the position, as determined by the supervisor.
