Support for continuous improvement projects Job Description: We are looking for a SAM Payroll Account professional who will be responsible for payroll accounting processes across South America! **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the transmission and receipt of payroll accounting files from the payroll system to the financial system. * Responsible for supporting payroll accounting documentation for each country in South America * Ensure accuracy of payroll system configurations * Support finance teams and managers with questions regarding payroll amounts * Support the finance department to ensure monthly financial closing * Respond to internal and external audit requirements * Support continuous improvement and payroll projects * Support compliance with global procedures * Ensure compliance with different mandatory regulations in each country (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Accounting * Experience with: + Payroll processing + Management of payroll accounting for **multiple countries in South America** * **Advanced Spanish** * **Advanced English** * Preferred: Alight Solutions and SAP payroll providers **Location:** São Paulo\-SP (External) Brazilian Portuguese Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When considering joining a new team, culture matters.
