Job Summary: Responsible for strategic software licensing management, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and compliance to support IT decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Support for software audits and proposal of continuous improvements. **Vice-Presidency: IT** **Directorate: Directorate of Planning, Quality, and Automation** **Work Location: São Paulo - SP (Hybrid)** **Position Objective** Lead strategic software licensing management, focusing on **usage efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and compliance**, supporting IT decision-making through analytical assessments, SAM tools, audit monitoring, and proposing continuous improvements in software asset management processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the **Software Asset Management (SAM) focal point** for a software portfolio, acting as the reference for licensing, compliance, and efficient usage topics. * Conduct **license usage and consumption analyses** across the IT environment, identifying underutilization, overprovisioning, non-compliance risks, and optimization opportunities or alternatives. * Manage and operate **SAM and license monitoring tools**, ensuring data quality, contract adherence, and technical team support. * Evaluate software contracts from a licensing perspective, including usage metrics, commercial models, and financial risks. * **Monitor and support software audits**, centralizing requests, consolidating information, performing impact analyses, and assisting in developing technical responses. * Propose **improvements to license management processes**, software governance, and compliance controls, adopting a preventive approach. * Support technical and business areas in decision-making by providing **structured analyses, clear diagnostics, and practical recommendations**. * Develop **executive materials and presentations**, featuring consolidated data, objective storytelling, and a focus on efficiency, risks, and opportunities. * Collaborate with IT, contracts, finance, and audit teams to ensure alignment among strategy, operations, and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in **Software Asset Management (SAM)**, software licensing management, or audit areas (preferably license audits); * Strong **analytical ability and logical reasoning**, with ease in structuring complex information and generating insights; * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, organization and analysis of large datasets); * Experience using **SAM or license monitoring tools (desirable);** * Ability to independently manage medium- and high-complexity topics with a consultative mindset; * Strong communication skills for interaction with technical teams and executive-level presentations; * Proactive, curious profile, oriented toward continuous improvement and comfortable in dynamic (VUCA) environments; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields is a plus; * Advanced English; Spanish is a plus. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not only offering excellent benefits but also flexible ones. * **Here’s what we offer you:** * Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform covering multiple categories: Gym, Meal Voucher (VR), Food Voucher (VA), Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance; * Corporate mobile phone.
