Fault diagnosis and technical repairs Geist Soluções is hiring a Refrigeration Technician to work in Indaiatuba/SP and surrounding areas, serving corporate and industrial clients. We seek a candidate with hands-on experience in the role, strong professional demeanor, responsibility, organization, and the ability to deliver high-quality, safe service. This is not an entry-level position. Salary: R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 4.000,00 per month **Salary note: Salary range aligned with the candidate's technical level, considering verified experience, certifications, and qualifications for the role.** Employment type: Full-time CLT Schedule: Monday to Friday Work location: On-site **Responsibilities:** * Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, refrigeration, and cold room systems; * Conduct fault diagnostics and technical repairs; * Replace components and perform necessary adjustments on equipment; * Follow PMOC routines, checklists, and maintenance controls; * Complete service orders and service reports; * Maintain care of tools, equipment, and work materials; * Comply with company safety standards and procedures; * Perform external client visits, including company-arranged travel and trips when required; * Drive to serve clients across various locations in the state of São Paulo. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role; * Practical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment maintenance; * Experience with PMOC; * Basic electrical knowledge applied to refrigeration; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and driving experience; * Willingness to travel and serve clients across multiple cities in the state of São Paulo; * Commitment, responsibility, and organizational skills; * Residency in Indaiatuba or nearby areas. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Formal training in refrigeration/air conditioning; * Technical certifications in the field; * NR10 and NR35 certifications; * Experience serving industrial or corporate environments. **Benefits:** * Attendance bonus of R$ 200.00; * Food basket; * Medical and dental plans after probation period.
