Job Summary: The Refrigeration Assistant Technician will assist in the installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning and industrial refrigeration systems, emphasizing learning and proactivity. Maintenance work on systems ranging from small to large scale **REFRIGERATION ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN** **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with refrigeration mechanics on installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems (small to large scale), industrial refrigeration systems, and other duties relevant to the role that add value and foster growth for the company; identify and resolve issues encountered; complete PMOC documentation via mobile app. **Requirements:** Willingness to learn; proactive attitude; strong communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
