Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing aircraft marshalling, assisting passengers during boarding/disembarkation, maneuvering aircraft, and guiding pilots. Key Highlights: 1. Perform aircraft marshalling 2. Assist passengers during boarding or disembarkation on the ramp 3. Maneuver aircraft between hangars and maintenance areas Main Responsibilities: * Perform aircraft marshalling procedures. Assist passengers (pilots, crew, and passengers) during boarding or disembarkation at the designated spot on the ramp, according to scheduled times and required safety protocols. Maneuver aircraft and transport them between hangars or maintenance, painting, washing, or refueling areas, in accordance with the routing specified in the client's schedule and following established procedures, aiming to preserve aircraft condition. Guide pilots (using company-defined tools) regarding weather conditions and air traffic for landing and takeoff, especially when air traffic control imposes restrictions, thereby supporting decision-making and ensuring passenger and crew safety.
