Job Summary: Supervise the compliance of processes, materials, and services on construction sites with technical standards, contractual requirements, and the company's quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise service execution to ensure compliance with specifications and standards 2. Conduct internal inspections and audits, managing technical documentation 3. Prepare non-conformance reports and propose corrective actions Supervise and ensure compliance of processes, materials, and services executed on construction sites with technical standards, contractual requirements, and the company's quality standards. Responsibilities: * Supervise service execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications. * Plan and conduct internal inspections and audits on construction sites. * Control and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and quality records. * Prepare non-conformance reports and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise the quality team and guide them on procedures and standards. * Collaborate with engineering, safety, and production departments for technical alignment. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and customer requirements. * Support quality-related training and awareness campaigns. * Participate in planning meetings and external audits. * Implement improvements in quality control processes. Requirements: * Education \- Completed High School * Prior experience in this role. * Work Model \- On-site Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
