




The Public Service and Student Management Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to visitors and students of the sports complex, ensuring a positive and organized experience. The role involves both public service and administrative tasks related to enrollment management, membership plans, and classes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and guide visitors, athletes, and students regarding services and activities. * **Introduce the sports complex to visitors with synergy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming attitude.** * Inform and assist with **membership plan renewals approaching expiration**. * Register, update, and manage information of enrolled students. * Support **acquisition of new students**, presenting available programs and benefits of the complex. * Schedule and organize **trial classes** for prospective students. * Monitor attendance, payments, and administrative pending items. * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital (e-mail, apps, and social media) service. * Assist in organizing sports events and internal activities. * Prepare administrative reports and forward requests to respective departments. * Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Sports Management, or related fields is desirable). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in student management or sports-related environments. * Familiarity with academic/sports management software. * English or another foreign language for serving international visitors. **Conditions:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * Work schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off (including weekends and holidays, as per rotating shift schedule). * Location: Arena Esportes Paulínia Sports Complex.
