Job Summary: Motorcycle-based Frozen Food Promoter responsible for restocking, quality control, merchandising, and inventory management in retail stores. Key Highlights: 1. In-store merchandising and sales development at the point of sale (POS) JOB POSTING – MOTORCYCLE-BASED FROZEN FOOD PROMOTER Region: Interlagos, SP (route: Interlagos / Cid Dutra / Santo Amaro / Capão Redondo) Requirement: Personal motorcycle and experience with frozen products Salary: R$ 1\.699,23 * Hazard pay: R$ 509,77 Benefits: Meal allowance: R$ 22.00/day Food basket: R$ 163.57 Transportation allowance: R$ 750.00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Subject to adjustment based on assigned route) Main Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Restocking and Display: Replenishing gondolas and island displays by retrieving products from cold storage (freezer room), while adhering to store layout guidelines. Applying stock rotation (PEPS/FIFO) to ensure products nearing expiration are placed at the front. Organizing and cleaning freezers and products by category. 2️⃣ Quality and Safety Control: Continuously monitoring freezer temperatures. Removing products with damaged packaging or excessive ice buildup. Strictly managing expiration dates and promptly reporting near-expiry items to supervision. 3️⃣ Merchandising and Sales: Verifying correct pricing on products and ensuring price tags are clearly visible. Setting up promotional island displays and gondola end-caps. Installing point-of-sale (POS) materials (posters, header signs, etc.). 4️⃣ Inventory Management and Reporting: Assisting with cold storage inventory counts. Identifying slow-moving or out-of-stock items and reporting them to the supervisor. Capturing photos of product displays, competitor pricing, and inventory levels. Professional Differentiators for Frozen Food Roles: Agility when working outside the cold storage area. Physical endurance in cold environments (use of PPE: thermal jacket, gloves, etc.).
