




Description: * Experience in developing installation design projects. * Minimum education: Technical degree in Building Construction or Electrical Engineering; Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering degrees are desirable. * Technical knowledge: Experience and proficiency in developing engineering installation design projects, reading and interpreting installation and architectural drawings, familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). * Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work on-site for a 44-hour weekly schedule—Monday through Saturday. * Develop installation design projects (floor plans, supplementary plans, sections, elevations, isometric perspectives, details, quantity takeoffs, descriptive memoranda, inspection reports, material lists, as-built drawings, and spreadsheets) for healthcare-related developments, adhering to applicable standards, legislation, ABNT norms, NR regulations, and other relevant legislation. * Conduct surveys of equipment and installations of low-to-medium complexity related to adaptations and improvements, perform pipe sizing calculations, demand calculations, and modify or correct drawings while developing studies and material specifications. * Size various installation projects including hydraulic, sanitary, rainwater, electrical, lighting, data network, CCTV and alarm, air conditioning, exhaust, fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, lightning protection, signage, extinguishers), structural elements, and other necessary systems. * Prepare descriptive memoranda for developed projects. * Prepare designs for approval by regulatory agencies across various states and municipalities. * Develop engineering installation projects of high quality, aiming at cost reduction, compliance with standards, and timely delivery. 2512020202181601046
