With nearly four decades of experience, we operate across the markets of **Construction, Mining, Paving, Agribusiness, Recycling, and Sustainability**, delivering comprehensive and innovative solutions. **We are hiring: Service Scheduler!** If you are organized and have experience managing technical service scheduling, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** The Heavy Equipment Service Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, aiming for maximum operational availability at the lowest possible cost. This role serves as a bridge between the technical team (mechanics/electricians) and operations. * **Planning and Scheduling:** Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, defining priorities and service dates. * **Service Order (SO) Management:** Receive, analyze, issue, and close maintenance orders, ensuring all technical information and downtime records are accurately documented. * **Resource Management:** Request and ensure availability of required parts, materials, and tools for scheduled services. * **Efficiency Monitoring:** Track equipment downtime and analyze technical team productivity, generating performance reports. * **Customer/Operations Interaction:** Communicate with equipment owners to align machine shutdowns with operational needs. * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze failure history to optimize maintenance plans and prevent recurring breakdowns. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in heavy machinery maintenance planning (construction, mining, agricultural, earthmoving). * Knowledge of heavy machinery mechanics or electrical systems is a plus. * Technical or higher education degree (completed or in progress); * Familiarity with systems.
