Focus on quality, productivity, and safety **Description** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production activities of the department, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, safety, and cost targets. Will define daily priorities in collaboration with management, monitor and analyze performance indicators (OEE, scrap, and rework), develop action plans, and lead continuous improvement projects. Also responsible for team management, identifying training needs, communicating with support departments (PCP, Maintenance, and Quality), preparing management reports, participating in strategic meetings, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, will oversee complex assembly lines, address issues related to labor, raw materials, and machinery, and contribute to the continuous development of production processes. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of production planning and control; * Experience analyzing performance indicators; * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM; * Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, and ERP systems; * Leadership, communication, analytical ability, decision-making, conflict management, results orientation, teamwork, proactivity, and commitment.
