Collaborate with global teams and work in cross-functional teams Join the Electrical and Electronic Product Development team as a Software Developer, working on embedded software, automotive and mobile application development, and cloud solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Software Developer will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, documenting, modifying, and maintaining solutions focused on high-level applications, interfacing with module engineers, architects, and testers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or related fields * Experience and/or specialization in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas * Fluent English for collaboration with global teams * Programming proficiency in languages/frameworks including: Java, Kotlin, Python, C, C\+\+, React, among others * Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD * Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline definition and structuring * Knowledge of Android architecture and build process (AOSP) * Knowledge of IoT * Embedded software development experience * Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS) * Ability to write and manage functional requirements * Validate requirements with partners * Review and approve supplier software solutions * Implement coding requirements * Interface with Testing and IT teams * Interface with suppliers * Problem analysis and change management * Willingness to travel occasionally **Desirable** ------------- * Knowledge of automotive architecture/interface and networks, protocols, and vehicle modules (LIN, CAN, CAN\-FD, Ethernet, BAP, UDS, etc) * Experience in the automotive industry **Additional Information** **Job Title:** Product Engineer (Embedded Software/Android) **Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo/SP Hybrid work model (3 days per week in the São Bernardo do Campo region) **Benefits:** Vehicle purchase with discount Gympass On-site parking \- free Chartered bus service Annual PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) Meal allowance On-site cafeteria Health insurance Private pension plan Funeral benefit plan Zenklub \- mental health and emotional well-being platform Volkswagen is part of Brazilians' lives, hearts, and garages.
