Results analysis and monitoring reports We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented **Procurement Supervisor** to join our team! This professional will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing the internal procurement team, analyzing results, generating reports, and managing relationships with campaign partners. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the internal procurement and import team. * Provide technical assistance and support to customers and the procurement team. * Analyze results and generate monitoring reports. * Build and maintain relationships with participating partners. * Receive, verify, and edit operational control spreadsheets. * Support and monitor daily operational activities. * Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and procurement processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is a plus). * Prior experience in procurement, especially within dealerships. * Experience monitoring customer service and providing technical support. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (basic/intermediate Excel). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement at Heavy Equipment companies. * Familiarity with CRM tools.
