Job Summary: The Process Coordinator leads Process Engineering, optimizing production parameters and improving equipment efficiency through team management and continuous improvement. Implement continuous improvement and new technologies The Process Coordinator is responsible for leading the unit's Process Engineering function, ensuring operational stability, optimization of production parameters, and improved equipment efficiency. Strategically manages the team, drives continuous process improvement, and implements new technologies to contribute to high levels of productivity, quality, and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate Process Engineering activities, ensuring stability and performance of production processes; * Lead, develop, and train the Process Engineering team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment; * Define, validate, and monitor operational parameters for manufacturing stages, ensuring process standardization and stability; * Develop, review, and implement operational standards, supporting startups, new products, and process changes; * Monitor performance indicators, productive capacity, line speed, OEE, process losses, and raw material consumption; * Develop projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing scrap, and optimizing consumption of aluminum, varnish, paint, energy, gas, and water; * Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical tools; * Conduct root cause analyses using methodologies such as DOE, SPC, Minitab, MASP, PDCA, FMEA, and 8D; * Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and processes, collaborating with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and suppliers; * Develop technical specifications and promote initiatives for innovation and continuous improvement of industrial processes. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Industrial Process Engineering and leadership of technical teams; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis tools; * Experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and indicator-based management; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in aluminum can manufacturing processes; * Green Belt or Black Belt certification; * Knowledge of TOTVS and Power BI; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
