Focus on safety and quality **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble agricultural implements according to technical manuals and factory guidelines; * Prepare new equipment for delivery (pre-delivery checklist); * Support the organization of the assembly and preparation workshop; * Comply with occupational safety and quality process standards; * Conduct visual inspections and report any manufacturing or transportation defects; * Assist in loading and positioning implements for delivery. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical course in Mechanics, Agriculture, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments. * Willingness to learn and interest in pursuing a career as an agricultural mechanic. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
