**We are seeking a Planning Coordinator for Sanitation Projects located on the North Coast of São Paulo.** The professional will be responsible for **coordinating the planning team at the construction site**, acting as the **main point of contact between corporate and construction teams.** If you have strategic vision, organizational skills, and attention to deadlines, costs, and productivity, we want to get to know your talent. **Main Responsibilities** Coordination and delivery assurance of the Planning team, including: * Executive schedule * S-curve * Executive budget * Management reports * Time, risk, and process management. * Collaboration with departments such as Engineering, Estimating, PMO, Production, Procurement, and Controller. * Promoting a planning culture across all operational levels. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering. MBA or Postgraduate degree. Solid knowledge in planning and control. Critical analysis skills, proactivity, and communication ability. Knowledge of LPS and AWP methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in sanitation and/or infrastructure projects.
