Responsibilities: * Analyze work orders; identify surfaces and parts to be painted to determine required tools; * Select and prepare tools according to the type of work to be performed, and choose Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety during activities; * Assemble equipment such as scaffolds, sawhorses, ladders, and other items used during work execution; * Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding walls to remove old paint, applying filler or cement-based plaster to correct imperfections, using sandpaper, trowels, floats, and other tools to ensure proper new paint application; * Prepare paint by checking its expiration date, colors (consulting supplier catalogs), viscosity, and shade to comply with the work order; * Apply paint or coating using brushes and rollers to maintain and enhance surface appearance; * Organize the workplace by cleaning tools, equipment, and accessories to preserve them; Academic Qualification: Completed high school Where will you work? * Work location: Panco Headquarters, Rua Municipal, No. 1539 \- Vila Ré \- São Paulo/SP.
