We are hiring an **Optical Fiber Splicing Technician Assistant** to support field activities, contributing to the quality and organization of the optical fiber network. Responsibilities: * Support the Splicing Technician in field routines * Preparation of optical cables and fibers * Organization of splice closures, CTOs, and DIOs * Assistance in cleaning, cleaving, and accommodating fibers * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance * Organization of tools, materials, and equipment * Compliance with technical and safety standards Requirements: * Elementary or high school education (preferred) * Interest in learning about telecommunications / optical fiber * Availability for outdoor work * Commitment, attention, and responsibility * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required.
