Job Summary: As an Operations Intelligence Specialist, you will redesign workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure technology resolves repetitive tasks to enhance Jeitto’s product journeys. Your goal is not merely to "improve" what exists, but to redesign workflows to eliminate bottlenecks—ensuring technology handles repetitive tasks and customers flow seamlessly without friction. **What You’ll Do Here:** * **Core Journey Redesign:** Lead the technical and functional reconstruction of product and process flows. * **Root Cause Diagnosis:** Work at the intersection of Business and Engineering to identify bottlenecks and design viable technical solutions. * **Digital Operations Governance:** Implement performance monitoring mechanisms focused on KPIs to ensure operational efficiency. * **Stakeholder Management and Influence:** Translate operational pain points into technical requirements, accelerating prioritization through data-driven business cases. * **Efficiency Catalyst:** Identify scalability opportunities via automation (No\-code/Low\-code, RPA, and AI). **What We’re Looking For:** * **Analytical and Data Mindset:** Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
