Hiring an Operational Inspector with experience in Facilities Management and Third-Party Labor: * Supervise teams performing building maintenance, reception, cleaning, and property security services. * Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for continuous service improvement. * Attendance tracking and shift coverage. * Team training. * Customer service and conflict resolution. Requirements: * Team leadership. * Organized. * Valid driver's license (CNH). * Proactivity. * Immediate availability and willingness to work on weekends. * Must reside in Sorocaba.
