Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and operating the building's automated systems, ensuring continuous and safe operation of various facilities and supporting maintenance teams. Support maintenance and engineering teams Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and operating, via supervisory system, the building's automated systems, ensuring continuous and safe operation of HVAC, lighting, electrical and hydraulic systems, fire detection and suppression systems, elevators, and escalators. Performs operational adjustments, inspections, incident logging, and report generation, as well as supports fault identification, work order initiation, and assistance to maintenance and engineering teams.
