This position is intended for professionals with an analytical and organized profile, focused on document management and legal compliance of our electrical infrastructure assembly and industrial automation operations. We seek a professional committed to a prevention culture and the physical integrity of our employees in highly technically complex environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and maintain up-to-date safety documents such as the PGR (Risk Management Program) and other mandatory documents, adapting\-them to the specific characteristics of electrical infrastructure projects. * Monitor validity and organize training and certification documentation (NR\-10, NR\-35, NR\-12, among others) for all employees and subcontractors. * Conduct safety trainings and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), focusing on raising awareness of risks specific to industrial installations. * Review and support the preparation of Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA) and Work Permits (WP). * Prepare documentary evidence for internal audits, client audits, or regulatory inspections, ensuring deadlines are met. * Investigate and analyze incidents or accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. * Consolidate safety indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports on the documentation status and compliance of projects. * Provide strategic support to our field teams, covering on-site activities in case of unforeseen events and ensuring safety never stops—wherever the project is located. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor. * Proficiency in regulatory standards applicable to the electrical and industrial sectors (especially NR\-1, NR\-10, and NR\-35\). * Intermediate level, with focus on Excel for spreadsheet control and Word for procedure writing. * Prior experience in occupational safety, preferably with an administrative focus or within engineering/infrastructure companies. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of files and strict deadlines. * Driver's License Category B * Willingness to travel for technical visits or on-site project support. * Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management software is a plus. **Additional Information** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Basic food basket allowance We are an **Innovative** company in full expansion.
