RESPONSIBILITIES Guide the occupational safety system, investigating risks and causes of accidents and analyzing prevention schemes; Inspect company sites, facilities, and equipment to determine accident risk factors; Propose safety standards and devices, suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities and verifying compliance to prevent accidents; Inspect fire-fighting stations, examining hoses, hydrants, fire extinguishers, and fire protection equipment; Communicate inspection results by preparing reports; Investigate occurred accidents, examining incident conditions to identify causes and propose appropriate corrective actions; Coordinate with the institution’s medical and social services to facilitate necessary care for injured personnel. Record violations and compile accident statistics; Train company employees on safety regulations, fire-fighting, and other accident prevention measures; Participate in occupational safety meetings, providing relevant data, presenting suggestions, and evaluating the feasibility of proposed safety measures to enhance the existing system; Perform tasks pertinent to the area of expertise using computer equipment and software; Carry out and support other tasks essential to sector activities, consistent with the role; Perform additional duties according to Work Instructions (WI). **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** Ethical conduct and sense of responsibility Passion for one’s work Time management Attendance reliability Clear and assertive communication Proactivity Observation and critical analysis skills Interpersonal relationship skills Teamwork **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed technical course; Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety Legislation and Regulations; Relevant experience in the role is desirable. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **LOCATION:** Nossa Senhora do Rosário / São José **WE OFFER:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.775,08 7% Attendance Bonus (no absences) Meal allowance of R$ 27.29 per day (with 20% deduction) Transportation voucher (6% deduction); Pharmacy benefit plan; Gym membership benefit; Dental plan; Medical consultation partner network; Training and development opportunities; dynamic and collaborative work environment.
