With an encouraging and supportive work environment, R2T strives to ensure its employees learn to function as one unified family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and recognition for the company. **Responsibilities:** Work with optical fiber in on-site technical support (customer’s home or premises), installing or repairing access points/networks for voice (telephone), broadband, and TV customers, as well as external and internal telecommunications networks; configure equipment and devices. **Requirements:** **Must have personal or third-party vehicle for work purposes;** Prior experience with optical fiber is required; Completed high school education; Valid driver’s license (Category B) and up-to-date vehicle registration document (CRLV). **Salary + 30% Hazard Pay** **Variable Compensation (CIV):** Average R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 24.50 per day; Medical and dental assistance; Vehicle leasing: Between R$ 1.012,00 and R$ 1.060,00 (depending on year of manufacture); Fuel allowance; Hazard pay (30% of base salary); Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — 44 hours per week; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. **We value diversity, so we want you in our team!
