With an encouraging and supportive culture, R2T strives to ensure its employees learn to work as one unified family—aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Responsibilities:** Work with optical fiber in on-site technical support for residential and business customers, performing installations or repairs of access points/networks for voice (telephone), broadband, and TV services, as well as across external and internal telecommunications networks; configure equipment and devices. **Requirements:** **Own vehicle or third-party vehicle required for work;** Experience with optical fiber is mandatory; Completed high school education; Valid driver’s license (Category B) and up-to-date vehicle registration document (CRLV). **Salary + 30% Hazard Pay** **Variable Compensation (CIV):** Average R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 24.50 per day; Medical and dental assistance; Vehicle leasing: Between R$ 1.012,00 and R$ 1.060,00 (depending on vehicle manufacturing year); Fuel allowance; Hazard pay (30% of base salary); Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — 44 hours per week; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. **We value diversity — join our team!
