Job Summary: We are seeking a fiber optic technician to provide on-site technical support to customers, performing installations, repairs, and equipment configuration. Key Highlights: 1. With an encouraging and supportive work environment, R2T strives to ensure its employees learn to function as one unified family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional growth for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Responsibilities:** Working with fiber optics for on-site technical support at customers' homes, installing or repairing access points/networks for voice (telephone), broadband, and TV services, as well as external and internal telecommunications networks; configuring equipment and devices. **Requirements:** **Own vehicle or third-party vehicle is mandatory;** Prior experience with fiber optics is required; Completed high school education; Valid driver's license (Category B) and up-to-date vehicle registration (CRLV). **Salary + 30% Hazard Pay** **Variable Compensation (CIV):** Average R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 24.50 per day; Medical and dental assistance; Vehicle leasing: Between R$ 1.012,00 and R$ 1.060,00 (depending on vehicle manufacturing year); Fuel allowance; Hazard pay (30% of base salary); Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off – 44 hours per week; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. **We value diversity, so we want you in our team!
