**Description:** Job Description: What are we looking for? A BIM Modeling professional to work on the development, modeling and coordination of BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects, ensuring quality, standardization and technical accuracy throughout all project stages. Responsible for transforming concepts into detailed 3D models compatible with architecture, engineering and installation systems (electrical, telecom, plumbing and mechanical), promoting efficiency, cost savings and innovation in developed projects. Main Responsibilities: Modeling and Development: Create and manage 3D digital BIM models using tools such as Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, among others. Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations and construction details based on technical standards and client briefs. Assist in quantity takeoffs and generation of graphical documentation (plans, sections, elevations and details). Use clash detection tools and suggest solutions for project optimization. Coordination and Technical Analysis: Ensure coordination among architectural, structural and installation projects (electrical, plumbing, telecom, etc.). Use clash detection tools to identify interferences and propose optimized solutions. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Standards, Regulations and Quality: Create families, templates and libraries of parametric components according to project standards. Apply relevant technical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety, as well as coordination of models across different disciplines (architecture, structure and installations). BIM Standards and Guidelines (ISO 19650, NBR 15965, among others). Communication and Presentations: Participate in technical alignment meetings and present projects and models to internal and external teams, clients and managers, using realistic images and enhanced visual materials. Attend technical meetings with engineers, architects and specialists to align and integrate solutions. Management of Materials and Budget: Conduct research and quotation of materials, furniture and equipment, respecting quality criteria and budget constraints. Prepare technical manuals and material purchase lists for construction execution. Monitoring and Execution: Visit construction sites for measurement, supervision and verification of work according to design. Monitor project phases and deadlines, preparing schedules and progress reports.
