The Frameworks team is responsible for developing and evolving technical foundations that ensure standardization, productivity, and quality in building the company’s digital applications. We build the foundations supporting product teams: SDKs, base libraries, architectural standards, and reusable components. Then this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Develop and evolve the Flutter-based framework used by product teams. * Define architectural standards, project structure, and best practices. * Create reusable libraries and components. * Ensure standardized integration with APIs, authentication, observability, and monitoring. * Define corporate-wide state management strategies (e.g., Bloc). * Structure dependency injection and modularization (e.g., GetIt). * Guarantee framework quality through automated testing and continuous validation. * Optimize performance, app size, and resource consumption. * Define and evolve build and distribution pipelines. * Establish best practices for app store publishing. * Implement and standardize tools such as Firebase and Crashlytics. * Support product teams in adopting the framework. * Serve as a technical reference and elevate the company’s mobile engineering standard. * Document architectural decisions and technical guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience with Flutter and Dart. * Experience with scalable and modularized mobile application architecture. * Experience building and evolving frameworks, SDKs, or internal libraries. * Experience defining architectural standards and organizing Flutter projects. * Experience with state management (Bloc or similar). * Experience with dependency injection (GetIt or similar). * Experience with componentization and integration with Design Systems. * Experience integrating REST APIs. * Experience with authentication, interceptors, and network abstraction layers. * Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, and integration tests). * Experience with CI/CD, build automation, and distribution. * Experience publishing and managing apps on Google Play and App Store. * Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging, or similar). * Experience analyzing and handling crashes. * Experience optimizing performance, memory usage, and reducing app size. * Experience with modularization and separation of concerns. * Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and engineering best practices. * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments. * Hands-on profile with architectural vision. * Ability to document technical decisions and adoption guides. * Ability to technically influence other teams and serve as a reference. * Knowledge or experience with SuperApp or mobile Microfrontends architecture will be considered a plus. * Mobile security experience will be considered a plus. * Native mobile development experience (Android or iOS) will be considered a significant plus. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees!
