Optimization of operational procedures We are hiring a MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN – FIELD SUPERVISOR to work at SABESP BRAGANÇA PAULISTA. **Location:** SABESP BRAGANÇA PAULISTA **Salary:** R$3.392,00 + 40% Hazard Pay + Bonus R$600,00 **Approximate Total:** R$4.599,20 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or Fuel allowance + Meal voucher R$30.00 per day **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM On Saturdays, work according to the rotating schedule Perform supervision activities, jointly schedule services with the PCM, and guide maintenance teams; based on completed maintenance tasks, develop proposals for materials, components, and operational procedures aimed at reducing intervention frequency and increasing system reliability; manage services and provide support to teams; drive vehicles to perform job-related duties, holding a valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category B or higher. Prior experience in team supervision and a technical course in mechanics with an active CFT certificate are required. This is a 100% field-based position.
