Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on mechanical machines and equipment. Diagnose failures and defects, identify root causes, and propose technical solutions. Carry out disassembly and assembly of equipment, machines, and mechanical components, ensuring proper operation after intervention. Adjust, align, and calibrate mechanical assemblies, such as shafts, bearings, gears, and transmission systems. Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and mechanical specifications. Perform lubrication and replacement of parts according to the maintenance plan. Operate measuring tools and instruments, ensuring accuracy in performed services. Monitor operational tests, verifying equipment performance and safety. Record maintenance activities, completing service orders and technical reports. Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures, using appropriate PPE. Support process improvements aimed at increasing productivity and reducing failures.
