Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective, and mandatory maintenance and inspections on agricultural machinery. Support technical delivery of new equipment according to manufacturer standards. Support fault diagnosis and service execution according to schedule. Complete technical reports, service orders, and operational documents. Complete mandatory training within established deadlines. Comply with safety regulations and internal policies regarding travel and expense reporting. Support customers, conduct demonstrations, and identify opportunities for sales and service teams. Requirements: Completed High School; Driver's License Class B; Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; Commitment, organization, and results-oriented mindset. Experience with tractors, harvesters, or sprayers. Knowledge of technical diagnostic platforms and CRM.
