Guiding customers on equipment care **Job Description:** ---------------------- Handle maintenance service orders for agricultural machinery and equipment assigned to Technical Support, following repair procedures directed by immediate management and the manufacturer, maintaining good customer relations and prioritizing machine performance. Perform diagnostics, repairs, assembly, and testing of equipment requiring maintenance. Advise customers on safety precautions, equipment preservation, and maintenance practices.
